Appartamento Nocellara
At the ground floor of this luxury and tastefully furnished apartment you’ll find a first spacious bedroom with a double bed and two armchairs (an extra single bed can be added). This bedroom has air-conditioning and from the window you have a view of the countryside.
The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and hydro massage bath.
Following the stairs you’ll reach the living room with dining table, sofa bed, open kitchen, satellite TV, DVD and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a furnace, a fridge-freezer, a coffee machine, an electric water boiler and a toaster.
The sofa bed can accommodate one or two people. This means that this apartment could accommodate up to six people.
The living area has a small balcony where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside and the swimming pool.
The air-conditioned second bedroom has also a wonderful view and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
From April 1 until October 31 you can use the large swimming pool in the Borgo delle olive. During the summer period wedding receptions are held in the borgo. Click here for more information.

- All rental prices include a free onsicilycard, the use of gas, water, electricity, Wi-Fi internet, beach towels, swimming pool, towels and and bed linens. The final cleaning fee is 100 Euros and the resort fee is 100 Euros per stay. Click on “book now” to see the rental price including these fees.
- With a minimum 4-day stay (*), you can choose any amount of days/weeks that you wish to rent. We do not use fixed check-in or check-out days. This allows you to create the perfect holiday to fit your schedule and travel needs!
(*) From June 17 until August 26 it’s a minimum 7-day stay, unless the available rental period between two existing bookings is shorter.

Famiglia De Groot“Dear Laura and Martijn,
For the school holidays, our children are now 3 and 5 years old, this year we decided to go on holiday in May. The choice soon fell on Sicily and because of your website and quick responses we ended up booking an apartment in the Borgo delle Olive. When we arrived we were very impressed by the Borgo. Especially our amazing bedroom suite was great.
For children, the holiday was excellent. Lisa still does not understand why people want to live in The Netherlands, because “Sicily is so much better …”. Of course, the pool was a big hit. The temperatures between 25 and 30 degrees were great and because the temperatures at night were a little lower, we could sleep well.
We have made many trips and enjoyed the diversity of the island. Highlights were definitely the nature, visits to Segesta, but we in particular we all loved the beach of San Vito lo Capo. Besides this, we certainly will remember the pizza workshop!
For us it is clear that we definitely want to go back again to this beautiful island. We only hope that we will be able to find such a location and organization again.

We’re back home after four fantastic days in Sicily. Everything went well and our stay at the Borgo delle Olive was great. We’ve generally followed the program of which everyone loved the day in Palermo, but the highlight was the cooking class with Philippe. We have not filled in the questionnaire. We therefore take this opportunity to thank very much for your contribution to the success of our anniversary weekend.
